In my 15 years at Lamar what I love most is how the executive team is always open to searching for new and innovative ways to future proof a 118 year old company. It’s literally in our motto, “Innovating since 1902” I also love that our company’s core values are built around the Golden Rule. This seems simple to say but every employee strives to live by this daily at our jobs.
I’m a graduate of Louisiana State University in Marketing and Communications. I spent the beginning of my career in Sports Marketing, as Director of Marketing for the New Orleans Zephyrs (Houston Astros AAA) then LSU Athletics. I’ve always had an interest in the future, even given the nickname “The Future” by my mom when I was little. I’ve always been inspired by technology and creativity which fits well in my role at Lamar Advertising.
Faith and Family have always been my biggest drivers and the success of my team. There is something exciting about watching your team learn and grow in their roles and when tasks are completed. I’ve always lived by a few key values; Curiosity, Courage & Integrity which I try to challenge myself and my team daily.
Spending family time with my wife Katie and the #Dallimore4 which includes Amelie’s gymnastic meets, Jake’s Baseball Tournaments, Coaching Wes’s Flying Squirrels and listening to Ellie play the piano. I also love HIIT, Running, Standup Paddleboarding, hanging at the beach and collecting shoes!
My biggest passion project is feeding underprivileged kids. I sit on the board of the Three O’Clock Project that helps provide urban and rural kids the possible last meal when they leave school. Knowing that that last meal will give them the ability to not have to stress about their last meal is what no kid should ever do, rather dream which all kids should do!
Man In the Arena quote by good ol’ Teddy Roosevelt. It’s long so you’ll have to look it up.

My role includes supporting Lamar’s Programmatic DOOH sales channel through planning, executing, and monitoring all campaign activations across our digital network through our valued supply-side and demand-side partners. I also work closely with our tech team to develop internal efficiencies and tools to manage our digital inventory, yield optimization, and overall demand.
I think the people and the overall culture makes it such an awesome place to work. For being such a large company, there is a real family atmosphere, I find that we hold true to our core values, and leaders make a point to show appreciation for all team members.
I’ve lived in Louisiana my whole life, grew up outside of New Orleans, went to LSU (Geaux Tigers!) and graduated in Marketing with a minor in professional sales and leadership development. I started working at Lamar while in school as an intern over 4 years ago and have grown throughout my career here in three different roles.

My bachelor's degree is in Motion Graphics and Visual Effects. After college, I worked for an online advertising company in Las Vegas, for 7 years, where I developed dynamic rich media ads for ad servers like DoubleClick, MediaMind, Pointroll, etc. I ended up falling in love with programming and pursued this passion instead of motion graphics.
I value hard work and setting the bar high. If you are going to do something, to do it right. To know nothing falls outside of my job description, if I don't know how to do it, I will learn how.
I go through phases, but mostly enjoy music related activities, from creating music to collecting vinyls. I played No Limit Hold’em for a few years and learned alot about the game. Lately I have been learning how to make sourdough bread and loving it. Never knew there was so much science behind bread.
I spent two years teaching code to underprivileged youth with Futures Fund on Saturday mornings at BRCC. I also donated my time creating motion graphics for the ADDY Awards a few years in a row. My passion projects are almost always about developing web apps; from a social media aggregator to a debt tracker.
